Lockett Solutions Business and Property Management, LLC was established in 2018; when the owner, Dr. Tracey L. Singleton decided to turn her passions into a business.  Singleton aspired to help individuals and entrepreneurs meet their personal and business goals. Dr. Singleton earned her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Webster University in 2006; two years after beginning  a career in teaching, teaching business education courses. In 2013, she earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Argosy University and continued to prepare students for college and career readiness for several additional years. At the end of her 17th year in education, Dr. Singleton concluded that the time had come to pivot in her career.  

With great pleasure Singleton returned to her first love of a career in business. At the heart of her passion for business continues to be a passion for helping others. 

As the owner of Lockett Solutions Business and Property Management, Singleton enjoys the flexibility of exploring many directions of implementing business strategies. This is because all clients are unique and require strict attention to detail. Lockett Solutions specializes in meeting the needs of entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs of small  to mid-sized businesses. We also support property owners who rent real estate to tenants for both residential and business purposes.
